Drive south from Edinburgh, following signs for the A701 (Penicuik Road). From the City Bypass, take the Straiton Exit.

Head south along the A701 past Ikea and then through Bilston Village. Shortly after the Gowkley Moss roundabout, you will arrive at Milton Bridge.

Go past the golf course on your left and there is a junction on the right signposted for Glencorse Kirk.

Follow this road, after you pass a church on your left, there is a sharp bend to the left and the road goes downhill. At the bottom of the hill there is a set of gates - this is Glencorse House.
